Description
An Industrial RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant is a high-capacity water purification system designed to treat large volumes of water for various industrial applications. These systems remove dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and organic impurities from raw water sources, delivering clean and safe water for process use, manufacturing, cooling, boiler feed, or direct consumption.
Features
High-Efficiency Filtration:
Utilizes a semi-permeable RO membrane that removes up to 99% of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), including sodium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, and more.
Capable of eliminating contaminants like arsenic, nitrates, fluoride, lead, and microbial pathogens.
Robust Design for Industrial Use:
Engineered for continuous operation under demanding conditions.
Stainless steel or FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) construction ensures durability and corrosion resistance.
Modular & Scalable:
Available in different capacities ranging from 250 LPH to 100,000+ LPH.
Can be customized or expanded based on future water demands.
Multi-Stage Purification Process:
Pre-treatment: Includes sand filters, carbon filters, and softeners to remove physical and chemical impurities.
High-Pressure Pump: Feeds water into the RO membrane under pressure.
RO Membrane Module: Separates clean water (permeate) from rejected contaminants (concentrate).
Post-treatment (Optional): UV disinfection, remineralization, or pH adjustment.
Energy-Efficient Operation:
Low energy consumption with high recovery rates (up to 70–85% depending on input water quality).
Can be integrated with energy recovery devices and VFD-controlled pumps.
Automated Control Panel:
PLC/HMI based systems for easy monitoring and control.
Features include auto-start/stop, TDS monitoring, pressure gauges, flow meters, and fault alerts.
User-Friendly Maintenance:
Easy membrane replacement and routine service access.
Comes with backwash systems for filters and CIP (Cleaning in Place) systems for membranes.
