Description
Engineered for high-volume industrial needs, PureOne’s Industrial Purifier Water Generation Systems leverage advanced purification technologies and robust design to ensure consistently high-quality purified water. These systems are ideal for large-scale applications—such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage processing, textile manufacturing, and other industrial operations. Available from 250 LPH to 10000 LPH and more and customizable as per product requirement.
Features
Built primarily from stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion even in harsh environments. Some variants use FRP or mild steel depending on capacity.
Utilizes a multi-stage filtration process, including:
RO (Reverse Osmosis) as the primary step to remove dissolved solids and TDS.
UF (Ultrafiltration) and UV disinfection for microbial removal.
Activated Carbon and sand pre‑treatment to eliminate organic compounds, chlorine, and suspended particulates.
Available in various capacities, such as:
1,000 LPH (litres per hour): Typically built with stainless or mild steel frames, equipped with 4 TFC RO membranes, along with UF and UV modules.
3,000 LPH: Designed for higher throughput with advanced automation, offering robust output for industrial-scale demand.
10,000 LPH and beyond: Large-scale RO purifiers for massive water purification requirements.
Fully automatic operation, covering real-time monitoring, pressure control, flow rate regulation, and automatic alerts. Reduces manual oversight and downtime.
Modular architecture allows scalable expansion—suited for evolving production needs.
Consistent high-purity output ideal for critical applications in sectors like pharmaceuticals, dairy, laboratory, textiles, and food processing.
Cost-efficiency through high recovery rates (typically 50–55 %) and energy‑efficient design.
Regulatory compliance support and long-term reliability tailored to industry standards
