Introducing Mahavir Kothari, an illustrious entrepreneur and a luminary in the water purification sector. Hailing from the idyllic hill station of Todgarh, Rajasthan, Mahavir’s odyssey is one of tenacity, ingenuity, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Mahavir’s entrepreneurial acumen manifested early. At the age of 21, he made his foray into the business landscape with the establishment of Pragyashree Jewelleries. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from RN Jhunjhunwala College, which served as a catalyst in honing his strategic prowess and innovative mindset.
In 2005, Mahavir embarked on a transformative venture into the water purification industry by founding Pureone Water Industries. As Chairman, his sagacious leadership and keen insights have been instrumental in spearheading the company’s meteoric rise. Through diversification and innovation, Pureone Water Industries has carved a niche as a preeminent player in water filtration. The company’s comprehensive portfolio caters to an array of purification requisites, from rudimentary to sophisticated.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Mahavir is a distinguished philanthropist and civic leader. His portfolio of philanthropic engagements includes serving as Chapter Chairman of Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) Navi Mumbai Chapter, Vice President of Acharya Mahashraman Chaturmas Pravas Vyavastha Samiti Mumbai, Past Vice President of Anuvrat Samiti Mumbai, Past Working Committee Member of Terapanthi Mahasabha and Akhil Bhartiya TYP and Trustee of Pragyashikar Charitable Trust. A crowning achievement was his role as Mumbai Convenor for the All India Mega-Blood Donation Drive in 2011, which garnered global recognition by setting a world record.
